MSM Seller Information
Seller Sign Up May 22, 2025. We use the MySalesManager program for sellers to enter their curriculum and create tags. This simplifies the process for sellers and volunteers. Instead of using index cards you create tags to print for each item that can be scanned. Each Seller(Consignor) will need to create an account unless you already have one, if you have previously sold at the Moppet Togs sale. Adding inventory will end at 2:00 p.m Monday June 16, 2025. If you need more time let us know.
Very Important- Be sure to use the category choices on the tag and make sure your item title is detailed in case your tag falls off. You also need to make sure your tags are taped securely so that they won't fall off easily.
Below is an example of the seller tag design for the sale. Each tag will have your assigned consignor number, title of item, category description (2 lines availabe) price, and black dot for those who choose to donate their items at the end of the sale. The barcode on the tag will be scanned at checkout. If you do not have printer, please email tvhcommunitysale@gmail.com

Consignor Instructions

Go to https://www.mysalemanager.net/hom_start.aspx?partnercode=TVHC

Log in using your consignor # and password. The system is timed and you will get logged out. You will need to use the link each time to log in.

To enter items, click on “Active Inventory Status

Click Add items, need to choose mobile, pc etc. (I am using laptop and have not looked at the mobile option)

Choose category, and if it isn’t listed choose as best you can. We will adjust the list next year.

Size- choose to leave blank.

Title of item and then in next box put the author or description, be as specific as you can.

Add your price.

Hit submit after each item.

Click on print tags on cardstock, I am printing about 30 at a time to help me keep the tags straight. The system keeps track of which ones you have already printed. Please use cardstock or heavier weight paper. Tape the sides securely without covering the barcode.

Click on return to inventory menu and then choose inventory reports, then choose by id # and print a copy when you have added all of your items.

Sign up for a drop off time in your seller portal.

Sign the seller agreement.

Pick up unsold items & money Wednesday June 18 , 2025 at 7:30pm (any unclaimed items are donated)

Seller Cost- Suggested donation of $20.00 - covers table rental, website, MSM system, and supplies.

Sets- bundled items need to have their own tag. Use a clear ziplock bag or rubber bands

Price items in whole dollar amounts or quarters.

Bring your tagged items( see example if using index cards) in sturdy boxes with last name, first name (Smith,Mary) written on the boxes to help facilitate pickup.
